Cambridge Business Training and Recruitment was fouded after a clear gap in the market emerged between the fixed methodologies of larger training companies and the more creative but sometimes inconsistent approach of the independent.

We aim to bridge this gap by providing proven training and consultancy methodologies with the value oriented flair and differentiated approach that only a truly independent training company can provide.

Our consultants have held sales, management and training positions, with companies such as Rockwool, Vodafone, Corporate Express, Pearson, Microwarehouse (now Equanet) and GKN to name a few and have a deep understanding of corporate training needs and culture.

We have devised and delivered programmes throughout the UK, USA, South Africa, Russia, the Czech Republic, Germany and France, with our consultants regularly contributing to business magazines and periodicals on training issues. We have advised and consulted with companies wishing to develop an international approach to delivering effective sales campaigns and have energised and bonded management teams to lead and develop their teams with renewed vision and energy.

Our approach is completely pragmatic. Having experienced training as users, managers, purchasers and creators, we have learned how to tailor and adapt our learning solutions to the needs of an internationally diverse set of clients operating in an equally diverse range of industries. These include banking, media, IT, financial services, software, call centre and travel markets amongst many others.

Based in the well located city of Cambridge, our goal is to bring a fresh innovative and value driven approach to our clients.
